TalentCulture is looking for an intern to join our growing community. It’s a perfect opportunity to gain valuable career experience while having fun as a key member of TC. This volunteer internship offers a very unique opportunity to help expand our brand via various social media platforms. We are looking for PR/Communications majors who have experience and a passion for Social Media, PR, and technology.Web 2.0 enthusiasts that enjoy and understand micro-blogging, user-generated content, and interacting online.
Applicants must be able to commit 12-15 hours per week. This position is flexible and completely on your own time. Additionally, TalentCulture will offer college credit for those who seek it.
It is important that applicants have:
- Previous experience on Twitter/Facebook/Blogging
- Strong writing and editing skills
- Demonstrated experience/interest in online community management
- Highly organized and able to work independently and collaboratively
- Desire to take initiative as new audiences and platforms emerge
- Polished presentation and effective communication skills
- Undergraduate coursework or interest in Video Production, Journalism, Multimedia Journalism, PR/Communications, Business or related fields
- Practical work experience is a definite plus

2. CHT Group
The internship program at The CHT Group provides students with a full understanding of the responsibilities expected of an associate at a busy public relations agency in Boston. Our interns leave the program with full PR training enabling them to take on entry-level positions in the field.
Interns are responsible for supporting the account team staff on client accounts and new business efforts. Interns work directly with Account Coordinators and Account Managers on a variety of projects, including compiling target media lists, creating briefing books for tradeshows, press kits, monitoring editorial calendars, updating status reports for clients, press release writing, pitching to editors, assisting with the new business process and more. Our internship opportunities are available to full-time and part-time applicants.

Students must have previous office experience and/or at least one prior internship (preferably in PR), exceptional organizational, communication and writing skills (writing sample required), computer, internet and social media skills a must. Must be motivated and have the ability to turn things around quickly and multi-task.
An internship with the CHT group is unpaid. Interns must be receiving school credit for their time at the agency.
