A Letter from Professor Quigley on the 2010 BUPRSSA Edward L. Bernays Award
Hello: I hope all is well as the semester winds-down. For those of you who are senior-year members of BU/PRSSA, I’d like to congratulate you in advance and add one more opportunity to your plate: the 2010 BU/PRSSA Edward L. Bernays Award.
Each year, we select one senior to honor as the outstanding soon-to-graduate member of BU/PRSSA. The winner is selected based on contribution to the chapter and the attached “assignment.” (Sorry. Last one, I promise.) The application is due back to me by Tuesday April 20th at 5:00 p.m.
If you are a graduating senior and you’ve contributed mightily to our chapter, I hope you’ll apply. Why?
1. You deserve to be honored for all you’ve done on our behalf.
2. It’s a genuine honor that will make your resume look even better.
3. You’ll win $2,000 (no strings attached).
4. You’ll get to enjoy a celebratory lunch with me and Professor Emeritus, Gerald Powers (former BU/PRSSA Faculty Advisor) at the Harvard Club.
I hope you will apply. Your entry should be emailed to me at firstname.lastname@example.org or dropped-off in my office (room 401C in 704 Comm. Ave). Don’t hesitate to get in touch with me if you have any questions.
Good luck and thanks for another great year,
